If it is a new mold, in order to ensure a good combination effect between the agent and the mold, it can be used only after the mold is completely cured. For glass fiber and epoxy molds, it should be completely cured according to the manufacturer's recommendation before use. (Note: For porous or repaired molds, sealers should be used first.)
Oily release agent can be applied to the surface of the mold at 60 ℃, can be sprayed, brushed or wiped with cotton cloth. For spraying operation, regular equipment should be used and gas drying should be ensured. It is recommended to construct in a well-ventilated environment.
