Use:

SH-02G high-efficiency mold release agent is an environmentally friendly product of water-based solvent. Suitable for all kinds of tire steel mold release. The use of SH-02G high-efficiency mold release agent can play an efficient release function, but also at the same time on the mold surface to form a protective film, so that the mold surface has a good slip, to a certain extent to improve the fluidity of the adhesive in the mold, reduce the phenomenon of lack of glue on the tire surface, can effectively improve and improve the appearance of the tire quality. Due to the use of SH-02G high-efficiency mold release agent, will not cause any pollution of the mold, will not cause color difference on the surface of the tire, and can extend the cleaning cycle of the mold, greatly improving production efficiency.

How to use:

First, the first use of mold:

1, the new mold must be cleaned, especially to remove the oil completely.

2, used old mold reuse must also be cleaned.

3, after the mold is installed, after 2 hours of preheating (or to reach the specified temperature of tire vulcanization).

4, with air pressure atomization spray gun will be uniformly sprayed in the mold required to spray the pattern and tire side part (generally AB vulcanizer spray in the undermold, B-type, C-type vulcanization machine spray on the upper mold), do not need to spray up and down the mold at the same time.

5, the usual car tire per mold spray in about 10 grams, light tire per mold spray volume of about 15 grams. For larger tyres or off-road tire patterns and patterns that are particularly difficult to start mold, each mold can be appropriately increased to more than 20 grams of spray.

6, according to the above-mentioned spray and method, interval of about 5 minutes, repeated spray once.

Second, the continuous use of daily production:

1, in the normal production of tire vulcanization, every interval of 4 hours to re-spray, (estimated at the frequency of 20 modules). In the case of special patterns or light card patterns should be sprayed every 2 hours.

2, the method of re-injection, quantity and the first spray is the same.

3, this product for the release of more difficult pattern can be used in appropriate increments, can significantly improve the release effect, but will not affect the appearance of the tire quality, will not cause any pollution to the mold.
