Use:
It is a black modifier dedicated to the external color of the tire after vulcanization. It not only has the function of modifying the black of the tire, but also can produce matt or black light.
Method of use:
1. Before use, please stir the products in the stock solution barrel evenly;
2. Brush coating method: wipe the outer part of the tire with a brush that sucks a modified coating agent.
3. Spraying method: ordinary spraying equipment can be used, the nozzle diameter is about 0.5-1mm, the air pressure is 45psi, and it can be sprayed directly on the outside of the tire.
3. Precautions: Spraying or brushing must be fine and uniform to avoid leakage and excessive local coating. The tools used must be cleaned immediately to prevent gel or agglomeration. The container used should be covered with the cover to prevent water evaporation and surface crust.
