At the same time, because the SH-02D isolation agent has good lubricity and exhaust, it can make the capsule fully stretch when it is shaped, can effectively prevent the capsule from wrinkling, prevent the early aging and cracking of the capsule, and prevent the capsule and the embryo. The nestiness of the tire improves the smoothness of the tire, and ultimately achieves the purpose of comprehensively improving the quality of the tire. In addition, it can also effectively extend the service life of the capsule, reduce production costs, and improve work efficiency.

Method of use:

1. Brushing method: Brush directly on the surface of the capsule with a SH-02D brush.

2. Spraying method: ordinary air spraying equipment can be used, with a nozzle diameter of about 0.5mm and an air pressure of 45psi, which can be sprayed directly on the capsule. The above methods should pay attention to: spraying must be fine and uniform, to avoid leakage, leakage and local too much.
