Use:
It is dedicated to the demoulding of friction materials and rubber products during vulcanization. It not only has a good demoulding effect, but also can increase the brightness of the product, improve the internal quality of the friction material, and does not affect the secondary processing of the product.
Method of use:
1, after opening the package, the SH-02C diluted with water, the ratio is generally 1:10~18 times. Or expand or shrink according to user needs.
2. Spraying method: ordinary air spraying equipment can be used, the nozzle diameter is about 0.5-1mm, the air pressure is 45psi, and the steel mold can be sprayed directly. This process is particularly suitable for the demoulding of profiled structural products.
This method should pay attention to: spraying must be fine and uniform, to avoid leakage and local too much.
3. Brushing method: Brush the steel mold with a brush dipped in isolation agent; Using this method, it is advisable to improve the brush, and a "brush" with large liquid absorption and not easy dripping must be used ".
