Use:
SH-01 tire spraying release agent is dedicated to the tire vulcanization of the internal release agent, it uses the international new development of chemical raw materials, with super lubricity and permeability. No pollution, no harmful substances and volatiles, is a pollution-free, environmentally friendly tire production of high-quality compounding agent.
The use of SH-01 tire spraying isolation agent, can make the tire in the shape, maintain a high degree of lubricity, so that the capsule in the embryo fully stretch the shape, to ensure the correct positioning of the tire shape. It has a significant effect on preventing wrinkling and eversion of the capsule during shaping. At the same time, the product has superior exhaust performance, which can effectively exhaust the air in the capsule and the embryo, and prevent the phenomenon of nestling when the tire is shaped.
Method of use:
1. After the original package is opened, stir the product evenly, place the product in a stainless steel stirring container (the stirring speed is not more than 50 rpm/MIN), and spray the inner wall of the tire blank automatically or directly and evenly by hand after pressurizing with air.
Feeding device: pneumatic pump double diaphragm type, working pressure 1.0-1.5Kg/cm3
Pressure vessel working pressure 1.0-2.0Kg/cm3
Spray gun: pneumatic spray gun nozzle size 1.0-1.3mm
Air pressure 5.0-7.0Kg/cm3
2. It can also be brushed manually and rubbed on the inner wall of the tire blank.
3. Suggested dosage: car tire 10-15g, large light truck tire 15-20g, heavy tire 20-25g.
