Purpose and use effect:

SH-09A capsule isolating agent is suitable for isolating the embryo from the capsule during vulcanization of various tires (Particularly suitable for semi-steel).

1, excellent lubrication performance; reduce the embryo and the friction of the capsule, reduce the friction damage of the capsule, at the same time in the shape of the capsule to ensure full relaxation, effectively prevent the capsule discount.

2. Excellent isolation effect; After use, an isolation layer can be formed on the surface of the capsule to prevent the adhesion of the capsule and the embryo, and the peeling can easily prevent the tire bead from bending.

3, excellent protective effect; the initial use of the capsule can well resist the corrosion hardening effect of the additives in the tire on the two ends of the capsule during the vulcanization process, and prevent the early aging and cracking of the capsule. The later period can prevent the capsule from aging, abrasion and tearing to the greatest extent, and prolong its service life.

4. Excellent use frequency (can be brushed or sprayed on the surface of the capsule as a capsule isolation agent, or can be brushed or sprayed on the inner wall of the embryo for internal spraying); Spraying and brushing can be used for 4 hours or more at a time (depending on tire specifications and compound formula).

Method of use:

1. Brushing method: Brush directly on the surface of the capsule or the inner wall of the embryo with a SH-09A brush.

2. Spraying method: ordinary air spraying equipment can be used, with a nozzle diameter of about 0.5mm and an air pressure of 45psi, which can be sprayed directly on the capsule.

The above methods should pay attention to: spraying must be fine and uniform, to avoid leakage, leakage and local too much.
