Use:

SH-07A high-efficiency tire vulcanization isolation agent is an environment-friendly product with water emulsion as the main body. It is suitable for the isolation of embryo and capsule during various tire vulcanization (it can be brushed or sprayed on the surface of capsule as capsule isolation agent, or brushed or sprayed on the inner wall of embryo as internal spraying). It is convenient to use and easy to disperse. After use, an isolation layer can be formed on the surface of the capsule or embryo, which can effectively prevent the adhesion between the capsule and the embryo. At the same time, because the SH-7A isolation agent has good lubricity and exhaust, it can make the capsule fully stretch when it is shaped, can effectively prevent the capsule from wrinkling, prevent the early aging and cracking of the capsule, and prevent the capsule and the embryo. The nestiness of the tire improves the smoothness of the tire, and ultimately achieves the purpose of comprehensively improving the quality of the tire. Method of use:

1. Brushing method: Brush directly on the surface of the capsule or the inner wall of the embryo with a SH-07A brush.

2. Spraying method: ordinary air spraying equipment can be used, with a nozzle diameter of about 0.5mm and an air pressure of 45psi, which can be directly sprayed on the inner wall of the capsule or embryo.
