　　Use:

It is specially used for anti-sticking and isolation of rubber film when stacking. This product is dissolved in water after the suspension is stable, does not produce troublesome foam. After dipping, a layer of isolation layer will be formed on the surface of the film, the isolation effect is good, and the subsequent film separation is easy; it has strong adsorption to the rubber material, is not easy to fall off, does not raise dust, and is environmentally friendly to the workshop. This product is a temporary isolation agent, can be completely absorbed by the rubber material, the subsequent processing of the rubber material without any adverse effects.

Method of use:

1. This product should be diluted with water in the batching waste in advance, and the ratio is generally 1:20~50 (due to the nature of the rubber material, film temperature, walking speed and stacking pressure, the specific concentration should be determined by the user after testing according to the actual situation). Stir for about half an hour and use it only after it is completely dissolved.

2. Dip coating method: the film is passed through a cooling water tank filled with isolation agent.
